Morabito Paris coated canvas handbag Shoulder Bags

In 1950 Jean-Baptiste Morabito opened a shop at 1 Place Vendome, Paris, having previously had shops in Paris and the south of France as early as 1910…His fine workmanship in Jewelry and handbags in the early part of the 20th C. gave him an international reputation. His clients in the 50s were heads of state & jet set royalty who wanted the finest in luggage.
The Morabito logo is printed in dark brown against a lighter brown… Leather handles and trims with silver hardware with 4 bottom studs. The interior is canvas, and there is a single pocket… This bag is probably from the 1970s and is in excellent condition for its age.
Condition: Rubs on corner piping as well as a black mark. darken spot of the leather near and on handles.
