This is New with the tags and retails for over $1000… It is a cotton blend almost a knit outer shell, with a fabric sandwiched in between the outer and lining that has some squishiness to it almost like memory foam. I know that sounds weird, but that’s basically how it feels. So this would be considered more of a lightweight jacket .
