Ty Beanie Babies RARE blue elephant Beanbag Plushies

Don’t know much about them other than this is a rare item. Got passed down to me from my aunt upon her passing, and though I know this guy holds value, to me he is nothing more then a stuffed animal so I’m selling so someone who knows more about these and can appreciate the rarity and value of such an item can have the opportunity to do just that.
